ReplyDeleteThis is a really great atmosphere to share ideas. I see these websites coming up in many areas of the web. I like that we can share our art and ideas respectively and protectively over the web. It is fast and growing and the fact that we are a part of this era allows the opportunity to really get out there.
ReplyDeleteBehance is part of the Adobe Family, it's free with every CC (creative cloud) subscription. Even though CC can get quite expensive I can see that Adobe is positioning itself to be the "go-to guy" for creative professionals and amateurs. Behance is a prime example of their effort.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of CC, the Typekit fontsync was just made available recently, seems like a great tool to find new fonts, specially when it's directly synced with my CC.

I have been on this site before and it's an awesome place to go to just to see what's being done and get inspiration from other people's unique ideas. I wonder how else designers get their work out there besides the internet. Hopefully these design sites make getting a job easier. I would only want to make a profile after graduation, when all my projects have been edited and refined.
ReplyDeleteThis seems like a great way for us all to get out there:) That is something else, and a tool I will take advantage of. I have only glanced at the site but when I have more time I will research further. It is great that we have outlets like this that exist, especially in our competitive and demanding field. While there maybe an over abundance of works on here, it still doesn't mean our chance of being recognized is limited. Thanks for introducing this website:)
